We make our bitters in small batches, without the addition of artificial colors or flavors. To maximize flavor and aroma, we use an extended cold maceration process, with an extraction period of at least one month.
We bottle our bitters at a very high proof - 75% alcohol by volume - to ensure that they are not overwhelmed when mixed with overproof spirits.

Weatherby’s Orange Saffron Bitters combine bitter orange peel and true saffron with island spices. Prominent notes of cinnamon, clove, and orris root. Suitable for use with all spirits, but particularly well suited for use with gin and other clear spirits. Try them in a gin martini or a Vancouver cocktail.
Weatherby’s Bolivian Cola Bitters are aromatic bitters made from a blend of over 20 botanicals. Prominent notes of vanilla, lavender, citrus, and cinnamon. Suitable for use with all spirits, but particularly well suited for use with dark spirits, such as bourbon. Try them in a Manhattan or a Corpse Reviver #1.
